Nora Lascell

Nora Lascell is a licensed speech language pathologist in the state of Ohio. Nora has over 20 years’  experience working in school, clinic, home-based and private practice settings. While maintaining the ASHA (CCCs) national certification, Nora also holds her ODE school license. Nora has completed over 100 post- graduate hours and holds a Certificate in Sensory Integration. She understands that sensory processing is an integral part of speech and language development and applies these principles when working with children and their families. Nora has completed the Leadership and Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) training program through Cincinnati Children’s and the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD). Nora is passionate about empowering children to find their voices and being self-advocates, the earlier the better!

Cindy Brogan is a licensed intervention specialist and elementary teacher with 20+ years of experience in both public and private schools working with students across all grade levels and disability categories. In addition to working in the classroom, Cindy served as the Special Education Department Chair at Springboro High School and Director of Special Education Services/Jon Peterson Scholarship at The CinDay Academy. Additionally, she is a Board-Certified Special Education Advocate with a thorough understanding of the ETR/IEP process and student & parent rights.
